A Tried and Tested Approach
We have a tried and tested approach to recruitment and client management. We take the time meet with our clients to develop a solid understanding of your recruitment needs and your organisation. Each of our clients is assigned an account manager to act as a single point of contact between GroupArmour and your organisation. With each step of the interview and recruitment process your consultant will keep detailed notes to provide complete transparency and will offer their professional advice throughout the process. Finding The Right Candidate After meeting with you and taking a comprehensive brief, your consultant will then conduct an accurate search of our extensive candidate database, and seek-out new candidates who have joined the job market through well-placed job-postings across the UAE and internationally. Candidate Shortlist Once we have shortlisted candidates for your role, each of them will be screened through a vetting process, to validate that they have the skills and expertise to meet your specific organisational requirements. From this selection of pre-screened candidates we will send CVs to you for review along with an appraisal of the screening and suitability review. Based on these CVs and at your request, we will arrange interviews and provide ongoing client-candidate liaison, continuing until the right candidate has been selected. Reference Checking If you feel it is important to validate the candidates experience with a reference check, we will be happy to solicit that information from their past-employers. Ensuring Success After each successful placement we will follow up within 3 months to see how the Candidate is performing and making sure that you’re satisfied with the service you’ve received from GroupArmour. | Industry Specialisations
